Although we’re still only in May, there’s a real summer feel and buzz around the Bistro and indeed Dingle. The gorgeous weather we’ve been having has certainly helped….
We’ve had some wonderful LIVE Jazz sessions with Joe and Hakan (with the odd guest) on the terrace, which really add to the dining atmosphere in the Bistro and provide some momentary entertainment for passers-by….
…..with all the sunshine, chef Antoine has been brightening up our dessert selection.
Some absolute delicious combinations to complete your dining experience with us…. or for your afternoon tea or coffee for those with a ‘sweet-tooth’!
Féile na Bealtaine
Another hugely successful Féile na Bealtaine this year made all the better with wonderful sunshine.
At the Bistro, we were quite literally surrounded by are with Speir, Farraige agus gach rud idir eatarthu with Ruth Carbery, Jenny McCarthy and Lynne Stratton in the room above us….. while Laura Barry, Elayne O’Connor and Susanne Mooney’s MOONPORCELAIN exhibitions added wonderful colour to our dining area.
As the summer season begins to pick up, we’re looking for an experienced chef and a qualified commis chef to join our busy and dynamic kitchen team at the Bistro.
We’re looking for candidates who creative and motivated with a commitment to quality, and are able to take initiative while making decisions quickly and efficiently.

Dingle Summer Music Festival
